We invite you to join us for this heart-centered yoga retreat with Karuna Erickson. You will deepen your practice and experience of yoga with a challenging yet gentle flow of asanas. By connecting more deeply to alignment, both inner and outer, you will uncover the inherent qualities of your heart, and awaken to the joy, peace, and beauty of your true nature. Karuna’s many years of experience as a psychotherapist as well as a yoga teacher, inspires her teaching of yoga as a integration of body, mind, heart and spirit. Refund Policy for Courses and Workshops:

Cancellations affect retreat planning, are costly, and sometimes mean that others cannot attend the retreat. Therefore we have the following policy:

Your deposit reserves your place in the course. Eight weeks prior to the beginning of a course, full payment is required. If you choose to cancel before 8 weeks prior to the beginning of a course, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.

  • Within 8 weeks prior to the start of the course, a cancelled registrant will receive 50% of their deposit.
  • Within 6 weeks prior to the start of the course, a cancelled registrant will be charged 25% of the course fee.
  • Within 4 weeks prior to the start of the course, a cancelled registrant will be charged 50% of the course fee.
  • Within 2 weeks prior to the start of the course, a cancelled registrant will be charged 75% of the course fee.
  • No refunds are provided less than 2 weeks prior to courses, except in emergency situations which will be considered on a special case basis. If there are extreme circumstances and we have someone else to fill your spot at a sold-out retreat, we will consider your refund request on an individual basis. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

In cases of cancellation, it is possible to transfer payment to future courses. A percentage of the course fee will be charged, depending on the time of cancellation, with the remainder being applied to payment for the future course (6 weeks prior to course charge is 20%, 4 weeks 30%, 2 weeks 40%, less than 2 weeks 50%).

Heart Yoga Center and Karuna and Paul Erickson reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses based on our minimum registration requirement. This decision will be made no later than 3 weeks before a scheduled start date. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled (which we’ve never done in all our years of teaching!), 100% of all payment will be refunded or transferred if desired by the registrant.
